Thursday through Saturday, the Flatbush Ave kitchen keeps cooking until 3 AM, and this is a good burger to end the night on. A thin smashed patty gets jalapeno, melted pepper jack, caramelized onions and a layer of YoYo Sauce. It has real kick, and the onions soften it. The rest of the week we close at 2 AM.
